Med/Surg. Nurse Mgr. - Nursing Service
The position of medical/surgical nurse manager will require 3-5 years experience as a professional nurse, preferably with prior work as a charge nurse or shift supervisor in an acute care hospital setting. Individual must possess strong nursing and people skills in order to manager various aspects of nursing care at Goodland Regional Medical Center. Daily interaction with external customers (patients & families) as well as internal customers (nursing staff & those of other clinical areas) in carrying out role of med/surg. nursing manager.
